The Fine "Fish" Print
Additional time for any performance beyond the agreed upon service increases by $75/hr. Mertenders are required for all events and their fee is included in package prices. Event locations > 20 miles from Maera's den incur a travel fee $1/mile. See infographic below to learn more about mermaid and mertender pricing. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of a booking. Gigs are not considered booked until deposit is received.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event could render the client barred from future bookings, not including "acts of god". Merlady Maera may consider a rescheduled event within a reasonable time frame under circumstances subject to Merlady Maera. Full payment is due the day of show, prior to the performance.

Acts of God. In the event that any party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage beyond its reasonable control, or other causes beyond its reasonable control, such party shall not be liable to any other party for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.
